Andy Lee enjoys an active litigation practice focused in the areas of business and commercial disputes, corporate compliance and corporate and securities litigation, and fiduciary and officer liability litigation. Mr. Lee also represents private equity and other financial investors and their portfolio companies, and has advised clients on issues involving records retention policies, including electronic discovery. Mr. Lee is active in legal education and attorney associations. In addition to speaking frequently at CLE events on subjects ranging from professionalism to legal technology to trial and appellate practice, Mr. Lee serves on the adjunct faculty of Tulane University Law School, where he teaches trial skills. Mr. Lee is the former president of the Federal Bar Association (New Orleans Chapter). Mr. Lee actively handles pro bono matters on the firm’s behalf, and he serves on the board of directors and is a past president of New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity.
