Troy Bell has an active litigation practice as an associate attorney at Irwin Fritchie Urquhart & Moore. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Communication from Trinity international University and a law degree from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He entered the practice of law after 20 years of experience working in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry. He concentrates his legal practice in mass-tort litigation that involves medical device and pharmaceutical companies, toxic torts, product liability, personal injury, and class-action claims. Troy is an active member of the New Orleans, Federal, Jefferson, and Louisiana State Bar Associations. He also serves on the Political Action and Continuing Legal Education committees for the Louis A. Martinet Legal Society, Greater New Orleans Chapter, and is an active member for the Defense Research Institute where he serves as a Diversity & Inclusion subcommittee co-chair. For Troy, community service and uplifting and serving marginalized communities is as important as his law practice. As such, he enjoys providing pro bono services for the local community and is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.
