Marshall Thomas

JLWOP Attorney

Marshall is a staff attorney for the Juvenile Life Without Parole team at LCCR. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, he attended Columbia University and the New York University School of Law. During law school, he participated in internships at the Orleans Public Defender, King County (Seattle) Department of Public Defense, Brooklyn Defender Services, and the Equal Justice Initiative. 

Before coming to LCCR, Marshall worked as an assistant public defender and Gideon’s Promise fellow at the East Baton Rouge Parish Office of the Public Defender.
