Paula Shepherd brings significant leadership, legal and management experience to LCCR’s board of directors. She has been employed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana for more than 20 years, currently serving as Vice President, Benefit Operations. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Legal Counsel with the company. Mrs. Shepherd has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in English from Southern University, an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix and a Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center. She is passionate about human rights and works in her community as a pastor.
