Elizabeth has worked as Special Counsel at Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights (LCCR) since 2014. Prior to becoming special counsel at LCCR, Elizabeth worked as a staff attorney at the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center (LCAC). At LCAC, Elizabeth represented indigent clients facing the death penalty throughout the state of Louisiana, primarily at the trial level. Before becoming a staff attorney at LCAC, Elizabeth worked at the Orleans Public Defenders as a staff attorney representing indigent clients charged with criminal offenses in Orleans Parish. Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Wellesley College.
