Hannah was born and raised in Hilo, Hawai’i. She holds a BA in Ethnic Studies from the University of San Diego, and a JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Hannah joined LCCR in September of 2016 as a Loyola Law School Public Interest Fellow and now serves as a staff attorney on the Juvenile Life Without Parole Direct Representation Team. Hannah is a member of the Native Hawaiian Bar Association.
